About Elena
I am a TEFL/TESOL certified English teacher with over 5 years of experience. I've worked with 43 students one-on-one to help them prepare for the TEFL/TESOL exams. All 43 of those students have passed their TEFL/TESOL exams. They've given me feedback that, frankly, makes me proud to be an ESL teacher.
I've also worked with more than 150 students with a number of different objectives, both in group settings and individual tutoring. Some students I've tutored have dramatically improved their grades in English classes and school in general.
Additionally, I've helped adult English students develop effective communication, comprehension, reading, and writing skills. This allowed them to navigate competitive work and business environments in countless ways.

I have a teaching approach that is versatile, engaging, and fun. My goal is for my students to learn English in a manner that keeps them interested and sparks curiosity.
The techniques and methods I apply in my classes are from the International TEFL and TESOL Training (ITTT). ITTT is a TEFL/TESOL accredited organization recognized as one of the best in the world.
My experience ranges from teaching young children to adults with a focus on business and finance. I tailor my teaching approach to each individual student and his/her objectives.
