I am graduating from delhi university , Currently persuing b.com. In locldown, I gained a lot of weight. Overeatinghas always been a problem.but then, I focused on reducing my body weightbyfollowing a proper diet and by some cardio, yoga and weight training. It was everythingabout believing in oneself.
