3. Tactical Awareness: help players develop strategies and tactics for different situations during a match. This includes shot selection, court positioning, and adapting to opponents’ strengths and weaknesses.
4. Physical Conditioning: Tennis requires a combination of strength, endurance, speed, and flexibility. design training programs to improve players’ overall fitness levels, including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and agility drills.
