About Katrina
Hello! My name is Katrina, and I am from Oregon in the United States. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies, and am currently attending university to obtain a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I have used my education and experience to grow my abilities as a full-time English Language and Accent Tutor.
I have worked with students of all ages for over 6 years, and from many different countries and backgrounds.
I’ve worked with college students, working professionals, and individuals wishing to improve their English in order to communicate with their friends and family.
Teaching English is something I love doing, and have worked to develop my experience and education in order to become the best tutor I can be.

I specialize in teaching a General American English accent, and in helping my students improve their spoken and written grammar. I also provide immediate feedback and help my students develop understanding and use of verb tenses.
I teach with an individualized approach; I adapt to each of my students’ learning styles and teach them using the methods that will work best for them. I guide my students to make corrections smoothly, improve pronunciation, and develop their use of a native accent.
