About Shibymol

I am a qualified and experienced English educator with over 7 years of teaching experience, specializing in English Language and Literature. I hold an M.A. in English Language & Literature and a B.Ed. in English Education, along with professional TESOL certifications.

I have experience teaching students following the CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, and Edexcel curricula, training IELTS, OET and PTE aspirants and I work with learners from different ability levels and backgrounds.

My lessons are student-centered, engaging, and personalized. I take time to understand each student's strengths, challenges, and learning goals, and I adapt my teaching accordingly. Whether you need help with grammar, writing, reading, literature, examination preparation, or spoken English, I can design lessons specifically for you.

My Teaching Approach

I believe that effective English learning should be interactive, practical, and tailored to each learner’s needs. With over 7 years of teaching experience, I use a learner-centered approach that focuses not only on improving language skills but also on building confidence and independent learning habits.

Teaching Methods & Techniques

My lessons combine interactive discussions, guided practice, real-life examples, questioning, differentiated activities, and engaging digital tools. I often use an inductive approach, allowing students to discover language rules and concepts through examples before applying them independently.

For English language and literature, I integrate reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and critical thinking rather than teaching them in isolation. I also adapt my strategies according to the learner’s level, learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Each lesson is structured around a clear learning objective:

A short warm-up or diagnostic activity
Introduction of the topic through examples, questions, or discussion

I have experience teaching CBSE English in Kuwait and supporting students following Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel curricula. I also incorporate technology and engaging activities into my lessons to make learning more meaningful and enjoyable.
