About Two
I have over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience. My students have been foreign professionals, ESL preschoolers, collegiate peers, co-workers, and as a homeschool mom, even my own son! What I love most about teaching is the challenge of connecting with each of my students in a way that motivates and encourages them to learn and understand. As an English teacher, it is especially meaningful because language is a bridge with the power to connect us to countless new ideas and opportunities.

Our lessons are all about YOU! I will always start our learning journey getting to know your goals. Each of my grade school, collegiate, professional and leisure learners can expect a fun lesson that explores new ideas with plenty of practical application. If your goal is to improve conversation skills, expect a new conversation topic, a few relevant vocabulary words and deep discussion. Getting ready for a big trip? There may be a bigger emphasis on vocabulary with a few role play scenarios. What about test prep? We will focus on developing a context for the concepts you are most challenged with to deepen understanding and improve your recall ability. My diverse background and life experience are my teaching assistants, establishing the common ground necessary for learning at any level.
