About Asher
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and extensive experience helping students improve their English. I teach learners of all ages and levels, focusing on fluency, comprehension, and confidence across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. My lessons reinforce vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation in practical and engaging contexts. I design interactive lessons using real-life scenarios, authentic texts, multimedia resources, and exercises to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. Each session is tailored to the student’s goals, whether conversational fluency, exam preparation, academic advancement, or business English. I provide structured feedback, guidance, and assignments to strengthen skills outside the classroom. My teaching philosophy combines structured methodology, patience, and encouragement to foster a motivating and supportive environment. My ESL lessons are designed to build fluency, comprehension, and confidence in English. Each session begins with a brief review of prior lessons to reinforce learning. We practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in every class. Vocabulary is introduced naturally through reading passages, dialogues, and conversations. Grammar is explained clearly and applied in exercises.
Listening comprehension is strengthened using audio recordings, podcasts, and videos. Speaking practice focuses on pronunciation, role-play, and real-life conversations. Reading activities improve comprehension, vocabulary, and speed. Writing sessions cover sentence construction, paragraph writing, and short essays. Lessons incorporate real-life situations to make learning relevant.
Classes are interactive and encourage active participation. Homework assignments help reinforce lessons between sessions. I provide personalized feedback to track progress and improvement. Lessons are adapted to each student’s pace and learning style. Confidence-building is emphasized in every session. Students gain fluency, comprehension, and communication skills. Each lesson prepares students to use English effectively in everyday situations.
