About Janvi
Hey, I’m Janvi! I’m a designer and artist, which basically means my brain is permanently wired to look for aesthetics in everything.
I am completely obsessed with Copperplate Calligraphy and fine-line drawing. Honestly, in a world where everything is digital and hyper-fast, there is something so incredibly satisfying in sitting with ink.
In India, while we have so much rich culture, this specific style of elegant, pointed-pen calligraphy is super slept on—it’s just not prevailing here the way it should be. I’m on a mission to change that and bring this timeless art to our creative scene.
I genuinely love teaching and sharing beautiful things with people. For me, picking up a pen isn't just about making pretty letters; it's a whole mood. It is literally like meditation, but make it incredibly soothing and satisfying.
You know those oddly satisfying ASMR videos of ink flowing perfectly onto paper? That’s what doing calligraphy feels like in real life. It forces you to slow down, romanticize your process, and just block out the noise for a bit. It’s my ultimate creative sanctuary, and I want to share that exact feeling of calm and focus with you.

If you want to slow down your creative process and learn a head turning skill, you're in the right spot besties.
You don't need prior "good handwriting" to start with. Just a curious mind and love for creating beauty is good enough to start with.
