Nienke is een enthousiaste leerkracht die haar lessen aanpast aan het niveau en de leeftijd van haar leerlingen. Ze neemt veel tijd om de lessen goed voor te bereiden en dit uit zich in gestructureerd en overzichtelijk onderwijs. Ze gebruikt verschillende werkboeken en is flexibel.
