The how's and why's of Contemporary Composition & Improvisation with Piano Tutor Declan James McLeish

Declan has been my daughter's piano tutor for 6 months now. He has tutored her on Skype throughout lockdown and we are now back to lessons in person. Declan is a great tutor and has been fantastic at helping my daughter develop in her skills and theory but also keeping the lessons fun and her interested.

I have been taking vocal coaching lessons with Declan and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a tutor. Declan is very skilled, knowledgeable and patient and provides feedback and advice on improving vocal techniques. My singing voice and confidence has improved greatly through working with Declan.

Declan delivered a series of piano lessons for me. He was a good teacher; patient and considerate with a clear insight into my needs as a pupil. I'd be happy to recommend him to others eager to start learning or improve their piano playing.
