The Sault Dealer is a yoga and wellness brand founded by Tyler Williams, an experienced yoga instructor with 10 years personal yoga practice and 6 years teaching experience in Power Vinyasa yoga.

Practicing yoga with Tyler is a gift. A former professional dancer turned yoga instructor, Tyler brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as she guides practitioners through her classes. It's clear that her intention is to help people deepen their mind-body connection and evolve personally and spiritually through the practice. In addition to supporting inner work, Tyler meets yogis where they are in the physical practice and encourages building strength and stability. She can lead an extremely physically challenging class or guide a more gentle experience depending depending on the practitioner's interest and needs. She also curates amazing playlists that combine music with movement in a beautiful and healing way.
