About Folu
I'm a Civil Engineer who graduated with a Master's in Engineering from the University of Manchester back in 2017. While in university, I was the secretary at Robogals, an organization aimed at encouraging girls between the ages of 7 and 14 to pursue their interests in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM). I'm very passionate about STEM and have a very strong background in Mathematics and Engineering. In 2016 and 2017, I toured the U.K. as a volunteer teacher for the BBC Make it Digital and MCS project respectively, which were aimed at raising awareness of Science and Technology-related careers through fun and interactive workshops for primary and secondary school kids. I've always had a flair for crafting, and I enjoy showing off my creative side making garments and toys and spending my spare time learning new craft skills and techniques in crochet, sewing, and macrame.

There's really no strict method to this madness! I love to work with my students to find out how they learn and then adapt my teaching style to best accommodate their learning patterns.
