Hi my names Hayley, I've been teaching child development and health and social care for the past 16 years.
I completed the NNEB back when I was 17. From there I went to work in the field of child care, working as a nanny, nursery nurse and a Children's representative, From here I then trained to become a secondary school teacher. I currently foster children to keep myself updated wth current practices and also, teach G.C.S.E, BTEC and CACHE from KS3-KS5.
My lessons start off with finding out prior knowledge from the students and then extending on their abilities and skills within the topic or subject being taught. Making sure that all needs are being met.
