At one point in her life, Eli has felt trapped in a cycle navigating injuries, burn out, depression, grief, learning disorders, disconnection, shame, and loneliness. It was a suffocating season , devoid of hope and purpose.
Her studies in theology, spirituality, therapy, and physical health have equipped Eli with a unique set of tools and insights to help others navigate their own journeys. Drawing from her personal experiences and professional expertise, Eli offers a beacon of hope and guidance to those who are struggling.
Driven by a fervent desire to prevent others from enduring the same pain she once did, Eli is committed to providing compassionate support and guidance to those in need. Her story serves as a testament to the transformative power of resilience and hope.

I am certified in weight and aerobic training as well as in cycling, running and skiing.
