Indu is an English student’s secret weapon. I am a former pupil of Indu and now live in Australia. I am a fully-qualified physiotherapist and graduated from Australia’s finest medical school. I was privileged enough to meet Indu when my family discovered she was our neighbour. For years, I received Indu’s tuition every school holidays. She boosted my vocabulary, essay-writing skills and presentation skills. She made me fall in love with literature. In fact, I believe, I am still reaping the rewards of her tutelage - now I’m a senior executive at one of Melbourne’s largest hospitals; I present to the board, our staff, students and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
