About Olga
I hold a PhD in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Canada, a Master’s in Mathematics and Informatics from Cuba (in Spanish), and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Bulgaria. With my diverse background, I help international undergraduate and graduate students in software engineering and computer science programs, who are struggling with English terminology, I’ll guide you in mastering your coursework confidently. Coaching Plan:
1. Initial Consultation
- Meet with the client to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals
- Discuss the timeline, preferred communication methods, and any existing materials.
- Request the institutional thesis outline guidelines.
- Obtain a complete draft of the thesis.
- Ask for a draft of the thesis defense presentation.
2. Review and Assessment
- Analyze the thesis draft for technical accuracy, coherence, and alignment with guidelines.
- Timelines for drafts and revisions.
3. Defense Presentation Preparation
- Evaluate the defense presentation for clarity, structure, and effectiveness.
- Help refine the defense presentation draft.
- Conduct mock defense sessions to build confidence and improve delivery.
- Offer feedback on presentation style, body language, and response to potential questions.
4. Final Review and Revisions
• Review the final version of the thesis and presentation.
• Ensure all feedback is incorporated and that the work meets institutional standards.
