About Joshua
Hi! My name's Josh and I am a masters student studying mathematics at Lancaster University. During my third year of study, I spent a large amount of time helping my friends who were struggling with the course. Due to the large amount of material that was examinable, I created a method to break down initially quite daunting proofs and methods into bitesize chunks that were easy to understand. I believe that the skills that I have developed through teaching my friends would be especially useful for others who are also struggling with mathematics.

Mathematics is not a subject where you develop by simply memorising everything, it requires a deep understanding of what is in front of you. My hour long lessons will consist of getting to know your strengths then helping you to apply your strengths to the question at hand. These lessons are tailored towards those struggling with A-level maths and A-level further maths.
