Ian took my Grade 11 ALP (Accelerated Learning Programme) Functions class, and he was an ideal mathematics student. He is hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about math, yet also personable and friendly, which is a rare combination when it comes to people who are talented in this subject. He patiently explained solutions to challenging math problems to his peers in the class, and he always persevered, going over and above what was expected of him.
