Tyra's tutoring has transformed my daughter's boredom and view of a pretty sedentary subject to one of her favourites. She has a great teaching style and is patient. Her teaching encourages engagement and sparks conversation. She doesn't just focus on dates and the regurgitation of information but shares it in an interesting and relatable way. As a close friend of mine, she is well known for her kind act of always putting other people's needs and concerns before her own and always checks up on the people she is helping. Tyra is a really nice tutor as far as I'm concerned. She knows a great deal about history and can be really helpful when it comes to explaining information.
