I am a reliable and results-driven tutor with solid experience in both business management and corporate operations. For two years, I successfully owned and managed my own milk tea business, gaining practical skills in operations, customer service, finance, and problem-solving. I also trained professionally as a Management Trainee at McDonald’s, where I learned structured processes, leadership, and high work standards.
