About Raheleh

My name is Raheleh. I am an Iranian/ British and live in London, I was born into a spiritual family and since my childhood, I have always been interested to know more about it. I started my inward journey since I made the decision to travel around the world ending in Rishikesh (Haripur Kalan) in 2022, in a traditional yoga school, to dive deep into spirituality for about 3 months. My teacher GANGA PURI, one of the top teachers of India, has showed me the path of yoga in the most authentic way. I am starting my journey as a yoga teacher with ongoing practice and I want to share with the world the art and beauty of this path. I am a freediver since 2018 as yoga, meditation, and pranayama are amongst the main practices of freediving. If you are a freediver I am here to help and guide you.

About the lesson

Hello, My name is Raheleh:) Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. I will help you to achieve your daily goals and build healthy habits. I am a traditional Hatha Yoga 500 Hrs teacher, and will help you to get your mind, soul and body connected and grounded. I offer my love and knowledge to each of you.
