About Mohit
I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher from the Himalayas, passionate about sharing the wisdom of traditional Sivananda Yoga. I teach to help others find balance, inner peace, and physical well-being, guiding them towards holistic health and self-awareness. The sole aim of my teaching lies in your connection with yourself only.

Hailing from the serene Himalayas in India, I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of Sivananda Yoga. With a profound understanding of the yogic sciences, I teach traditional techniques that emphasise harmony between body, mind, and spirit. My classes are designed to cater to all levels, focusing on breath control, postures, and meditation to foster inner peace, strength, and flexibility. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of the Himalayas, I offer authentic, transformative yoga experiences that help you reconnect with your true self. Embark on a holistic journey to well-being with me today. My individual or group classes are 60 to 120 minutes.
