About Sonia
I have been trained in an ashram in India. Having taught yoga in 3 continents, my belief in this system has only deepened based on the feedback received from my students
It works! Irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, health and level of interest. The only requirement is a yoga mat and a positive attitude.
