About Sarah
I am a voice teacher who is still studying to get their degree but has an enormous passion for opera and has had a lot of experience in the industry. I have gotten training from Juilliard, Mannes School of Music, and CUNY Brooklyn College. I also sing Jazz, R&B, musical theatre, and folk music. I am fluent in French, and have proficiency in Italian as well. I have sung roles such as "Miss Todd" in The Old Maid & the Thief, "Dorabella" in Cosi fan Tutte, "Cherubino", in Le Nozze di Figaro, and will be soon debuting the role of "Bradamante" in Handel's Alcina.

Hello!
My name is Sarah Stevenson, I have been singing opera for 10 years. I am here to help you on your singing journey! I have been studying with Juilliard professors + vocal coaches since I was very young. I have studied at Mannes school of Music and continuing my degree in opera at Brooklyn College. In taking lessons with me, expect a warm-welcoming environment, whilst showing you how you can achieve your singing goals. I want you to be able to learn as much as possible while loving it!I am welcoming experienced people in all types of singing, and beginners. So if you've always wanted to learn how to sing, here's your chance! Lessons will give you the tools to be technically proficient, and having repertoire that suit your unique voice.
