About Ashwini
After working in the corporate sector for seven years, I decided to turn my long-standing passion for fitness into a career. Having experienced being overweight as a child, I began my fitness journey in my 20s, which taught me the value of discipline and consistency. After becoming a mother, my interest in fitness deepened, and I wanted to understand the science behind exercise and nutrition. This led me to pursue a diploma in Nutrition and Fitness. Today, my goal is to help others transform their lifestyles by creating sustainable habits and motivating them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
