With over 6 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and Therapy Management, I bring a deep, scientific understanding to the ancient practice of Yoga. As a UGC NET qualified professional eligible for Assistant Professorship, my teaching blends academic rigor with practical, life-changing techniques.
For the past 5 years, I have served as the Owner and Director of Yesjay Yoga Academy, where I have successfully mentored hundreds of students. Teaching Techniques & Methods
My teaching is rooted in Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, integrated with modern physiological understanding. I focus on Alignment-Based Asanas, ensuring each posture is anatomically correct to prevent injury and maximize benefits. My method incorporates Vinyasa Flow for cardiovascular health and Pranayama (Breathwork) to balance the nervous system, creating a holistic bridge between body and mind.
