About Rosa

I’m a dedicated meditation practitioner with over 10 years of personal practice. Meditation has truly changed my life for the better—it’s helped me find more balance, clarity, and calm in my everyday life. I am also a Yoga Teacher for kids.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that there isn’t just one “right” way to meditate. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others discover a practice that genuinely works for them. I combine different approaches to create a supportive and practical experience. One of my favorite methods is Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice that helps you relax, reset, and reconnect.
If you’re looking for guidance that’s grounded, flexible, and shaped by real-life experience, I’m here to help you build a meditation practice that fits your life.
