About Evie

I’m a singing tutor with over 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Voice. My passion is helping students build vocal confidence and overcome performance anxiety. I believe that connecting emotionally with a song is just as important as hitting the right notes. I teach a variety of styles, including Pop, Indie, R&B, and Contemporary Worship music. My lessons focus on breath control, expressive phrasing, vocal health, and live performance skills. I enjoy working with shy beginners who need gentle encouragement, as well as teen performers and aspiring recording artists. Together, we work on developing your unique voice while keeping your instrument healthy and strong. I tailor each lesson to fit your goals and learning style. Whether preparing for a stage show or recording session, I provide practical tools and support. My goal is to help you find your voice and enjoy the journey of musical self-expression. Singing should be joyful, freeing, and empowering. Let’s start this exciting journey together!

About the lesson

My singing lessons focus on helping students improve pitch accuracy, expressiveness, and confidence. For those training to be soloists, I emphasize developing control and emotional connection to the music. We work on mastering different song styles, from ballads to upbeat tunes, to expand musicality and stage presence.

For adult beginners, I create a supportive environment that builds vocal skills step by step. We start with simple songs and exercises that focus on pitch and breathing. Gradually, I introduce more challenging material to keep learning exciting.

I use modern tools like recording software to help students hear their progress and areas for improvement. Ear training apps sharpen pitch recognition, while gentle pitch correction guides them toward accurate singing. These tools make practice more effective and fun.

Every lesson is personalized to fit the student’s pace and goals. I encourage consistent practice and positive reinforcement to build lasting confidence. Singing becomes more natural and enjoyable with each step.
