I'm Sunil Kapruwan, a certified yoga & meditation teacher with 20+ years of teaching experience. I have a innovative and unique teaching method that combine( body) posture, (mind) meditation, (connection) breathe with emphasis on balance and inner peace, through this method help thousands of peoples to find inner peace and well-being. so they can empower themselves to unlock a healthier lifestyle for themselves. Through my guidance and support, I strive to help each student tap into their inner strength and ability to create a more fulfilling life and perfect balance in their life.

A transformative Meditation class. for Reduces stress,anxiety, depression. improve focus and concentration and mental clarity. Enhances your sense of self,helps you to understand your emotions and reaction. It will increase your self-awareness and reduce all negative emotions and make you calm and relaxed in your everyday life.
