About Reina
As a certified Yoga and sound healing practitioner with a background in Reiki, I use my experience and nurturing spirit to create yoga sessions that unite mind, body, and soul. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Reina seamlessly switches between languages to support students during sessions. Specializing in Hatha, Yin, Aerial, and Wheel yoga, I offer both online and in-person private sessions in Vancouver (PST Timezone).

Yoga is not only about stretching and gaining muscle; it also helps promote self-awareness and emotional balance. I offer transformative sessions that unite mind, body, and soul for profound relaxation, focusing not solely on yoga asanas. Class style can be chosen as either fast-paced, challenging, or relaxed to help release stress, catering to levels from stretching and relaxation to advanced practice. I can also provide mats or props like a wheel upon request to further customize your practice. *Optional energy and sound healing sessions can be conducted after the session for an additional charge, maximizing energy activation and releasing negative energy.

Details
1-hour in person yoga session is $56. 1-hour online yoga session is $36. Rate of the Sound bath to be discussed. You can form a group of up to 2 people to share the price. If the group exceeds 2 people, an additional $8 per person is required. The maximum number of people in the group is 5. I can also group you with other students if that is your preference. The price is subject to e-transfer/cash only. For the mentioned price, you are required to secure a place for teaching. The acceptable places include: - Clubhouse/any public space - Outdoor space during summer - Your home (to be discussed) Transportation fees depend on the location - within 10km from Killarney, no additional cost - 11-16km, extra traveling rate to be discussed
