About Davi
I have been teaching English classes for children and adults for 2 years, through private tutoring at home. I obtained an advanced English diploma after 7 years of language study and advanced business English at Embassy CES (Los Angeles, California).
After this immersion experience in the language, with a course in California, I was able to study at an American university and obtain my undergraduate degree in civil engineering. During this process I was awarded the prestigious Dean's list, separated for the students with the best performance through all majors of the university. With this performance I was accepted for a summer internship at a university located in Hoboken, NJ, while living in New York City!
The fluency in English allows the opening of several doors, and I will make it possible for the student to realize the myriad of possibilities that the language brings and make the most of the lessons to obtain this level of learning.

Since childhood I have realized the importance of languages in life. Travel lover with two exchanges in the United States, living in the cities of Los Angeles, New York City and Atlanta, I could see the importance of fluency in English, even in countries that do not speak it as an official language. The English made possible to come true the dream of graduating with a sandwich degree at an American university, such as meeting places I had imagined meeting only in dreams, like Alaska and the Grand Canyon!
The passion for constant language learning did not stop at English, which I studied for 7 years with a diploma in business English at Embassy CES, Los Angeles, and a TOEFL iBT score of 100+, as I obtained advanced degrees in both Spanish and B2 level in French.
I believe that language learning comes from the initial association of words to complete immersion in it. In my classes, I try to understand the needs of the student, and with that, we work together mainly on what matters for conversation (speaking and listening) and the loss of that initial shame (right?) that becomes a barrier in language learning. One motto I carry during this journey through the world of language learning is: "Do not be ashamed when speaking and making mistakes, because only by misunderstanding and with the right orientation for correctness is possible to learn fluently a language". I'm here to guide you and turn the English page in your life!
