I am a dedicated postgraduate psychology student with a strong academic foundation in therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Expressive Psychotherapy, and Humanistic-Existential Approaches. My coursework at Amity University has emphasized both theoretical depth and clinical application, enabling me to critically analyze psychological constructs and develop evidence-based interventions.
I have engaged rigorously with core areas such as individual differences, psychopathology, and psychotherapy research methodology. My commitment to the discipline is driven by a genuine desire to support mental health with ethical integrity, scholarly rigor, and therapeutic sensitivity. I am especially interested in the impact of unregulated mental health practices in India and am currently conducting research focused on their effects on self-esteem and social interactional anxiety.
My academic journey is complemented by fieldwork experience, volunteer engagement, and a growing foundation in academic counselling and community mental health awareness.
