Jaime is different from other teachers I've learnt from. I appreciate his patience and non-judgemental attitude when asking questions to understand where my knowledge gaps are. He helps me feel safe and realize that asking is not a big deal, which improved my self-esteem. For example, when he doesn't know something, he admits it and shares his experience around it.
