About Alienor

I am a first year student who would like to help younger students understand their work better. I also had tutors and so can understand how useful and impactful they can be for improvement in a subject. I was Head Mentor during Sixth Form and so I have experience leading and helping younger students. Also, I am a French Mentor at university and so I have experience in helping students who need a little bit more help. I achieved an A* A* B in French, Italian and History and 4x 9s, 3x 8s, 2x 7s in my GCSEs.

About the lesson

As a tutor I believe it is important to recognise that every individual learns and understands concepts in different ways. I will work to adapt all lessons to personal preferences and needs. I will make sure to help your child with their current topics, as well as ensuring frequent reviews of past material to ensure your child fully understands and retains the information. I am flexible and easy to work with and can adapt to busy schedules.

At the start, she can grasped my level of French very well and helped with my pronunciation and grammar along the way. Gradually, I was able to understand more and understand faster dialogues too!
