About Damilola
I am a practicing Medical Doctor who didn't start out at the top. Early in medical school, I was just an average basic medical student trying to survive the massive volume shock of Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry.
Realizing that brute-force memorization wasn't working, I dedicated time to researching evidence-based learning strategies and cognitive study techniques. By unlocking and applying these specialized reading and active recall methods, I completely transformed my academic trajectory, moving from an average student to the very top of my class.
Over the past few years, I have used this exact framework to tutor and mentor over 50 medical students. The results speak for themselves: I have helped average students completely turn their grades around and rise to the top of their classes, with some of my past students ultimately graduating as the Best Graduating Student (BGS) in their respective sets.
My tutoring isn’t just about teaching medical facts; it’s about passing down a proven blueprint for academic excellence in the Nigerian medical school system.

The volume shock of entering the basic medical sciences is real, and memorization of massive textbooks is rarely enough to clear the 1st MB/part 1 MB.
My lessons focus strictly on high-yield, conceptually sound retention, teaching you all you need to know to pass your part 1 mb. We won't just read slides; i'll break down complex physiological mechanisms and anatomical relationships using active recall, clinical correlations, and structural breakdowns.
Whether you are struggling to grasp neuroanatomy, embryology, or renal physiology, my goal is to simplify the content so you can confidently face viva panels and written papers alike.
