About Amogh

Enthusiastic and community-driven individual, actively contributing to the vibrant campus life at Imperial College London.

As Vice President of the Indian Society, I lead a dynamic team to organize cultural events that bring together students from diverse backgrounds.

Additionally, I’m a passionate leg-spin bowler for the Imperial College cricket team, where I enjoy the camaraderie and challenge of competing in British university leagues.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I strive to make complex concepts accessible and engaging for my students. My background in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, where I am on track to graduate with First-Class Honours, has equipped me with a deep understanding of science and mathematics. I excel at breaking down challenging topics into manageable parts, helping students build confidence and mastery over time.

My academic achievements, including a 42-point International Baccalaureate score with top marks in Higher Level Chemistry and Physics, and grade 9s in all my International GCSE subjects, reflect my strong analytical skills and attention to detail. These qualities are central to my tutoring approach. I focus on developing students' problem-solving abilities by guiding them through step-by-step methods and encouraging them to think critically about each problem.

In my tutoring sessions, I prioritize creating a supportive and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. I draw on my experience leading university projects and my work in a biotherapeutics lab to provide real-world examples that make abstract concepts more relatable. My goal is not just to help students achieve academic success, but also to foster a genuine interest in the subject matter.
