About Liam

I have a strong academic background and significant tutoring experience, having worked with a range of students at my previous university and through online tutoring platforms.

I have assisted students in History, English, Business, and Economics. As well as these academic subjects, I also have experience in helping students with various types of personal statements and applications!

Beyond this, I am a part-time masters student at UCL and have a First-Class Honours Degree in BA History from the University of Leeds. In my undergraduate history dissertation I received a grading of 87 - the best in my cohort - and have interests far beyond this subject.

I really enjoy teaching and truly believe in the utmost importance of education, as demonstrated by the fact that I founded an e-learning start-up last year purposed to accelerate the personal and professional development of young people.

About the lesson

I strongly believe in the importance of teaching these transferable, foundational skills and work extremely hard to relay these skills to students so that they can develop their own analytical mindset and more effectively convey opinions within their writing across different subjects.

By building an analytical mindset and high-level critical thinking skills, you can learn to systematically analyse a wide variety of data or information from all angles, before providing innovative yet logical conclusions in order to receive the top marks available.
