About Alicia
I am RYT-200 and have been teaching Private Yoga for 2 years. I am also the Office Administrator for a Physiotherapy/Massage/Chiropractic clinic.
I teach functional yoga classes, as well as practice + play sessions, for those who want to start yoga, overcome injuries/illness, or delve deeper into their practice.

Yoga works from the inside-out to nourish + rejuvenate, healing creatively, body, mind + spirit. Yoga is a way of bringing more mindful strength, healing transformation, flexibility, and, an internal liberation of conditioned behaviours.
I believe everyone deserves to live their best quality of life possible. I want to help others overcome their own health issues by sharing my experiences, and balancing life and healing with a holistic approach — and a side of yoga of course!
