About Aashi

Hello! I want to assure you that I take tutoring seriously and approach each session with professionalism and preparation. I am a college freshman with a strong academic background in English, having earned high scores in both AP English Language and AP English Literature.

As a recent high school graduate, I understand current curriculum expectations and know how to explain concepts in a clear, approachable way. As a business major, I write frequently and focus on organization, clarity, and effective communication—skills I emphasize in my tutoring.

My goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their writing and reading skills, and feel supported in their learning. I would love to help students in a way that inspires them.

About the lesson

I would be a strong English tutor because I combine proven academic success, strong writing skills, and the ability to explain ideas clearly and practically. As a college freshman majoring in business, I write frequently and understand how strong communication directly impacts success—whether that’s through essays, presentations, or professional writing. This allows me to help students not only improve their English skills, but also understand why those skills matter beyond the classroom.

As a recent high school graduate, I’m especially effective at tutoring because I still remember exactly what teachers look for and where students tend to struggle. I earned high scores in AP Language and AP Literature, demonstrating strong skills in rhetorical analysis, argumentation, close reading, and timed writing. More importantly, I learned strategies that work under pressure, and I can teach those strategies in a way that feels approachable rather than overwhelming.
