About Andrew
I am a prior STEM-involved high school graduate student who is now in my third year of college studying engineering. Having familiarity with all levels of mathematics and sciences I am well informed on what to expect at the high school and undergraduate levels. I can teach from the basics of Algebra all the way up to the College level Calc courses. As a prior student, I have been in your shoes and at times the typical teacher methods can be hard to digest and understand. I can offer shortcuts on how to understand and break down problems, which ultimately leads to less time and work for you at the desk. It doesn't take much work to be good at math and science, all you need is consistency and guidance and with my assistance, I assure you that upcoming test will be nothing but a breeze.

I can offer both virtual and in-person tutoring structured anywhere from 30 - 90 minutes per session.
Math is approached differently from student to student so it is important to highlight our strengths and weaknesses. Since all students cannot be taught the same; it is my job to understand where our focus points should lie. The end goal I want my students to take away from each lesson is the more volume of math you do, the easier it will come. Some sessions will align with more simple problems that will boost confidence and efficiency, whereas other sessions will tackle harder-level questions that will force the student outside of their comfort zone, improving their mental stamina. The combination of these two teaching methods will ensure that the student has a deep understanding of the material.
As stated before, I have been in your position, I know the obstacles you are to expect and most importantly the quick solutions to get around them. As a young student about to graduate college, I will connect you with the resources and information I used in my high-school career and presently use to this day.
My lessons target kids at the middle school to high-school level and also incoming freshmen who are struggling in math.
