About Meah
Having achieved an A in my Psychology A-levels, I know firsthand that the right support makes all the difference. Now a Psychology student at Loughborough University, I’m here to help you bridge the gap between "knowing" the content and "acing" the exam.

I believe that Psychology is most effectively learned when it is applied, not just memorised.
Here is what you can expect from our sessions:
Active & Engaging: Forget dry PowerPoints. My lessons are interactive and designed to keep you thinking. We use real-world examples to make abstract theories (like neural transmission or cognitive schemas) feel tangible and easy to remember.
Student-Led Flexibility: You are in the driver’s seat. If you’re struggling with a specific 16-mark essay one week, or a tricky Research Methods calculation the next, we pivot to focus on what you need most right now.
Strategic & Independent: We don't just cover "what" to learn, but how to learn it. I incorporate proven study strategies—like active recall and spaced repetition—into our sessions so you feel confident studying on your own between our meetings.
Stress-Free Environment: I know how high-pressure A-levels and GCSEs can be. My goal is to create a supportive, relaxed space where no question is "silly," and we work together to build your academic confidence.
