About Sedat
Hey! I am Sedat, currently studying for my integrated master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Imperial College London, ranked 2nd in the world. I've completed my A-levels at Harris Westminster Sixth Form, named the 'Sixth Form College of the Year' by The Times, achieving A*AA in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics respectively. During my studies, I've been tutoring students from disadvantaged backgrounds for Physics and Chemistry GCSEs.

Having studied at top institutions and gained extensive first-hand tutoring experience, I provide my students with an exceptional and tested method of teaching. I encourage my students to go above and beyond the curriculum and consistently question their understanding of the field. I never use PowerPoints or pre-written notes; instead, I work interactively with students to lead them to a thorough understanding of the topic.
I deliver face-to-face lessons at Imperial College London and online via MS Teams. I can confidently teach Maths and Physics up to A-Level, and Chemistry up to GCSE. In addition, I am happy to provide preparation for admissions tests such as the MAT, PAT, and ESAT.
My qualifications include:
- A* in OCR Mathematics A-level
- A in OCR Further Mathematics A-level
- A in OCR Physics A-level
- Gold Award from Senior Physics Challenge
- 9 in Maths GCSE (achieved 96.7%)
- 9 in Physics GCSE
- 9 in Chemistry GCSE
- 8 in Biology GCSE
