About Louis

I'm Louis Ho, a 22-year-old anticipating my enrolment into Nanyang Technological University this August, where I will pursue a degree in Mathematical Sciences. Beyond the world of academia, my heart lies in the rhythm of the basketball court - it's my favourite pastime, offering both a physical challenge and a mental escape.
Academically, my passion for mathematics has been a consistent thread in my journey. I achieved an A for H2 Math in my A-levels, and during my O-levels, I secured an A1 for Mathematics and an A2 for Additional Mathematics. Currently, I find joy in sharing my mathematical insights as a tutor, focusing on secondary school math. I take pride in being a mentor to these students, helping them navigate through the challenges of academics and offering support during what can be a stressful period in their lives.
As I look forward to my upcoming academic pursuit, I am excited about the prospect of delving deeper into the world of mathematical sciences. Meanwhile, my commitment to assisting students in their mathematical endeavours remains unwavering.
I am always open to connecting with others who share a passion for mathematics or anyone seeking support in their academic journey.

About the lesson

First lesson - note students weak chapters,test concepts, see previous year exam paper to understand students mistakes, and teach student how to make notes better to learn from errors. I have my own set of specially curated worksheets that have proven to be very useful over the years.
As I am a student myself, I have my notes from when I was taking primary school, O levels and A levels and have a better understanding of how students function under exam stress and the mistakes they are likely to make.

Student can also WhatsApp or telegram me 24/7 for questions and I will try my best to reply either a detailed explanation to help them throughout the week.

With the believe of quality over quantity , questions from my own question bank and from other past year papers makes me confident to say that the student will perform well under me .
