About Martha
I'm a student, I have always wanted to keep fit, then decided to try skipping.. I have been skipping for over 4 months and have lost 11kg so far.
You don't have to loose weight very fast to know you're progressing, but it's a gradual process. And the process of retaining the weight lost is the hardest thing to do, but don't worry, I got you covered. Looking forward to teaching you what I know. See you soon
