About Ash
I have assisted several people since middle school, whether it be reviewing and providing feedback on essays or assignments, and even simply just helping other students understand how to gain maximum points on different sections of written, spoken, and listening exams.
As someone who is fluent in English but also speaks English as a second language, I’m able to relate to students who don’t speak English as their first language.
Moreover, I’m also an O-level and A-level graduate, where I took English language in both O levels and A levels, scoring an A* in both, as well as English as a second language and English Literature during my O levels, where I scored A*s in both subjects as well. I also received the Outstanding Pearson Learners Award for achieving the highest grade in the world in A-Level English Language. I managed to score an 8 on my first IELTS attempt.

I’m also a student so I understand the best ways to learn & teach English in ways that would help me excel in an exam because everyone knows a certain amount of English but aren’t usually able to reflect it on their exams as there are many components involved that are tested so with my lessons, I can help train and improve areas whereby students may not feel most confident or are unable to master.
