About Charvi
I'm a Counseling Psychologist and Expressive Arts Therapist, with an MA in Clinical Psychology and a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. In my practice, I take an empathetic, person-centered approach and often use expressive mediums to help people explore and understand their thoughts and emotions. I bring the same approach into teaching—creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their ideas and learning without the pressure of simply memorizing. I want to teach Psychology because I believe it becomes much more meaningful when you can connect what you learn in a textbook to real people, real experiences and everyday life. My aim is to help students not only perform well academically, but also develop a genuine curiosity and understanding of the subject.

Psychology is more than just theories and definitions—it’s about understanding people, behaviour, emotions and even ourselves. In my classes, I focus on making concepts simple, relatable and interesting, so you don’t feel like you’re just studying for an exam. We’ll use real-life examples, conversations and different ways of looking at a topic to truly understand it, while also keeping your school exams and answer-writing in mind. My goal is to make you feel comfortable asking questions, curious about what you’re learning, and confident in Psychology. If you’ve ever thought “Psychology sounds interesting, but I don’t know where to start” — we’ll start right there.
