For casual players or more serious players it is important to know your strengths and weaknesses when it relates to players in your range. I am here to analyze your game and provide you with insights that will help you take your game to the next level. Along the way I will make sure that you are not missing any important, fundamental knowledge that will hinder your progress. We all have our own tendencies e.g. to work harder on things we like such as puzzles, tactics and sometimes neglect other aspects of our game so my goal is to build a well-rounded player that will progress through the levels. We will be using Zoom as I have found it easier to interact with my students than Skype. Aside from that expect to use online chess platforms and if I have to show some examples I will use my own ChessBase program.

Florin is an excellent coach with a lot of years of experience both playing and coaching players of different strengths. He is able to adjust well and personalize the lessons for his students working well to improve their weaknesses. If you are taking chess lessons as a hobby or if you want to become a serious tournament player, I highly recommend taking lessons with Florin. You will be able to see that your game will improve very quickly.
Florin is the absolute best! He is extremely detailed in his instruction and encouraging. He tries to make things fun I’m lucky to have him as my chess teacher!
