About Aditi
I am a student, pursuing arts in D. G. Ruparel college. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 2 years now. I started this as a therapy, but ended up making it a part of my life. Yoga, and meditation are the things which keep me going, no matter what the situation beholds.

Meditation is a process of attuning your body with your mind, to take the perfect charge of life and to lead it peacefully. I try to keep this complicated structure of meditation simple. This helps the learners to learn the technique better.

Aditi is really good at explaining things. She is always helping and encouraging. She has a skill of making others comfortable and conversation with her is much relaxing as she has a soothing way of communicating. It helps us to get clear about our views and ideas . Always she has something new to tell and discuss without making it boring. And I think all these qualities suit a teacher!
She has a great talent of understanding the situation and handling it accordingly. Her English is good. She is confident and impartial in giving judgement. Her skills of communication is very professional. All in all she can be a very good Prof.
