About Jia

I am a Biomedical Science graduate and currently pursuing my postgraduate studies at Universiti Malaya.

With a strong academic background in Biology, Science, and biomedical subjects, I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts in a simpler and more structured way. I believe learning becomes much easier when students understand the logic behind a topic instead of relying only on memorization.

I am patient, approachable, and comfortable adapting my teaching style according to each student's learning pace and level of understanding. I also encourage students to ask questions freely, as I believe a supportive learning environment can greatly improve confidence and academic performance.

I currently offer tuition for SPM and IGCSE Biology, Science, and Mathematics, particularly for students who want to strengthen their foundation, improve exam performance, or gain more confidence in challenging topics.

As a postgraduate student, I am also actively involved in scientific research, which allows me to bring a strong analytical and problem-solving approach

About the lesson

My lessons are suitable for SPM and IGCSE students who want to strengthen their understanding and improve their academic performance in Biology, Science, and Mathematics.

I focus on helping students understand the concepts instead of simply memorizing answers. Lessons will be adapted according to each student's level, weaknesses, and learning pace.

During the lessons, I will:

• Explain difficult concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way
• Guide students through past-year questions
• Identify weak topics and focus on improving them step by step
• Encourage students to ask questions freely during the lesson

For Biology and Science, I especially focus on helping students understand the logic behind processes and mechanisms, so that they can apply their knowledge to different types of questions.

For Mathematics, lessons will focus on understanding the methods, practicing different question types, and improving accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Each lesson can be adjusted according to the student's goals, whether they need help catching up with schoolwork, preparing for examinations, or aiming for better grades.
