About Amr
I’m a civil engineering faculty member with over 20 years of teaching experience, having worked in the UAE, the US, and Canada. I hold a PhD from Canada and am also a licensed professional engineer. I teach fluently in both English and Arabic, which helps me connect with a wide range of students. I’m passionate about making learning clear, practical, and accessible, and I enjoy helping students build confidence and succeed in their studies.

I keep my lessons clear, practical, and tailored to each student. I explain concepts step by step using simple examples and guided practice to build real understanding—not just memorization. Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes, giving enough time to learn and apply ideas comfortably. As a university civil engineering professor with over 20 years of teaching experience, I’m used to working with all learning styles and levels. I teach students of all ages—from elementary and high school to university and adult learners—in math, calculus, statistics, and physics.
